Performing Optical Allay & Wax Coating Tapes
Optically Clear Adhesives (OCAs) are highly transparent adhesives used to bond visually clear components into an optically clear lamination without bubbles or distortion. OCAs enable complex optically clear laminations to transmit as much light as possible through optimal refraction. OCAs can improve contrast ratio and optical clarity while reducing the amount of reflected light, which improves the viewability and readability of LCD, LED, and OLED screens using optically clear laminations.
These adhesives are used specifically for their superior optical and mechanical attachment qualities. Optically clear laminations utilizing OCAs benefit from high adhesion and peel strength. Optically Clear Adhesives have high dimensional stability, low shrinkage, and resist whitening overtime. Integrating layers with the right Optically Clear Adhesive enables rugged, long lasting bonds in complex optically clear laminations.

Customized Alloy Solutions
Dispensing & taping
Both AlloyGrip I® and AlloyGrip II® are applied using standard lens tape dispensers. They conform easily to the most demanding lenses without releasing at the lens edge.
Blocking & Generating
Both tapes hold securely to the lens and the alloy blocking medium, preventing premature release during generation in both wet and dry processes, and do so on a variety of generating equipment.
De-Blocking & Tape Removal
After generation, AlloyGrip I® and AlloyGrip II® de-block quickly and easily from the alloy. The tapes remove easily and residue free from the lenses, leaving lens alignment markings in place.
