Our Process & Technologies
At the heart of our process is having a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs, identifying the solution we can provide, and then guiding them through rigorous testing and quality assurance so that they have a laminate or adhesive solution that lasts.
Our custom coating process includes melting adhesive products, solvent-based adhesives and other coatings using the following methods: slot die, reverse roll, mayer bar, direct gravure, and reverse gravure.
From our expert scientists to laser focused quality assurance folks, our team uses equipment like lab coaters and FTIR analysis to ensure that products developed are of the highest caliber.
Lamart can process virtually any flexible substrate. When a single substrate is insufficient, multiple layers are combined to obtain the precise set of properties that are needed.
Our splitter provides a variety of custom converting options to ensure that your adhesive comes exactly as you expect it to.
