Roll to Roll Coating + Laminating
We use the following cutting-edge methods for roll to roll coating: Direct Gravure, Reverse Gravure, Offset Gravure, Nip Fed Reverse Roll, and 12" Pilot Coater. For laminating, we offer the following: Inline Hot Nip, Offline Hot Nip, Inline Transfer, and Offline Transfer.
Slitting
We implement the following practices for laminate and adhesive slitting: razor, score, shear, and rewinding
Laminate Sheeting
We use the following methods for laminate sheeting for our clients: Rotary Blade, Drop Shear, or Guillotine Press. We listen to your requests so that your sheets come out as specified and ahead of schedule.
Blanket Fabrication
The Lamart California blanket fabrication process is highly automated and versatile, utilizing a CAD/CAM system to ensure quality products, exact dimensions, timely support of lead times, and repeatable results.
