Identify the Problem

Provide a Sample
Our engineering team of experts will provide a sample of the proposed product for the customer to evaluate.
Test and Qualify Product
Upon approval of the sample, our testing parameters include the following: adhesion, adhesion removal, bonding to substrates, conductivity, color & opacity, liners, material thickness, outgassing, operating environment, shear, temperature, and much more!
Establish Trial Production Run
Prior to launch, we will create a trial production environment in which we will manufacture a production sample for customer evaluation. We make sure that you are one-hundred percent satisfied with your product.
Finalize Specification Development
The last step in our process is to finalize the product requirements and send them into production. This step and every other step along the way shows our dedication to rigorous quality assurance and creating a product that truly exceeds your expectations and sticks to the proposed budget and timeline.
